What I’m Cooking

• I made this One Pan Lemon Orzo & Shrimp dish this week and it was a huge hit with my whole family (rare!) - I would double the recipe next time because my kids would’ve gone for seconds.

• I made this Guacamole with Grilled Corn (gift link) last night and it was SO good! The texture and sweetness of the corn + the cotija made this some of the best guacamole we’ve ever had!

• I’m thinking of making this Grilled Corn Panzanella for a July 4th BBQ but still looking for pasta salad ideas (no mayo) - anyone want to share their favorite?!

• I mentioned this before but my daughter and I have been making this strawberry cake for July 4th the last few years. Its not heavy for the summer heat and of course there’s nothing better than taking advantage of berry season.

• If you’re not up for making a cake from scratch, I recommend using a box cake mix to make a Cool Whip frosting American flag cake. I used to do this every year - starting back in high school!

• How cute is this strawberry paint & grow ceramic?! Your kiddos can paint the ceramic and plant the seeds for summer!

• A few weeks ago I told you about my favorite womens swimsuits (Left on Friday for the win!) I wore the Streamline one piece yesterday to a pool party with my A Golde denim shorts over the suit - looked like a cute body suit and was perfect to wear to the store after the party! Its not super supportive in the chest, which is tough if you have a bigger bust but it had enough support that it didn’t totally bother me.

• I’m dying over the Left on Friday x Loeffler Randall collab! The Streamline one piece is sold out in this print but I’m hoping they’ll restock! I love the Double Scoop Top + pair with the Hi Hi Bottoms + obvi you have to get your kiddo our Calico Crab Khaki boardshorts from Seaesta to match :)
