What I’m Cooking
We are big fans of having a totcho night where everyone can customize their toppings. Its basically like taco night but instead of tortillas, its tater tots. This variation is fun: Loaded Taco Fries Bowl

If you are loaded up with lemons right now, you should make this lemon pesto pasta! (NYT gift link) Usually pesto is too strong for my kids but I think this lemon zest version might actually be up their alley! The article says you can drizzle this lemon pesto over grilled zucchini or caprese salad - all on my list for summer veggie season!
Also make lemon pound cake if you still have a ton of lemons after the pasta

Do you freeze up when you have to cut the cake at your kids’ birthday party? Everyone is looking at you and all the kids want their cake immediately and if its not a perfect square, it can feel like a lot of pressure! Am I alone lol? This is a good cake-cutting strategy!
